I want cloning an internal SATA disk containing Widows7 to a new SSD.
Could i use clonezilla ?

I believe you can. There are a couple of things to bear in mind though:

make sure the partitions are aligned for SSDs (i.e. the starting sector number should be divisible ny 2048)

After booting into Windows 7 on the SSD it would be advisable to tweak a few paramters to optimise for SSD (Google)
