Make cherrypy installable

I would like to recomment that cherrypy be made
installable into python's site-packages. I've been
trying to create an ebuild for Gentoo-Linux for
cherrypy and because it isn't installable, I'm having a
difficult time. The problem is if the user is not in
the cherrypy directory (on my hack that is
/usr/lib/cherrypy) cherrypy can't find the files it
needs. Even changing to the directory from a script
doesn't work.

Add Jeff's CookieSession module

to the mailing list) into the core of CherryPy ...

even without setting CHERRY_HOME...

Use sys.argv to find out ...
