In the actors section, I have 4 payer actors. If I do not include a source for them, I fail validation needing a source. If I add a source with a valid actor id, I get a null pointer exception. If I add a source with no data (<Source/>), I also get a null pointer exception.</p>
<p>Any ideas? I have attached a file containing CCRs matching each description above.</p></div>
