Streams not closed when SearchResultHandler throws Exception

The calls to close the InputStream in
SearchResultHandler.parse() occurs after a possible
exception is thrown by the parse method. This would
cause the stream to not be closed.

Clicking "Next picture" increments picture number

When browsing pictures, clicking "Next" when no more
pictures exist increments the pictures anyways. For
instance, if you're viewing picture 2, and there is no
picture 3, the title bar changes to "#3" anyways. You
can also keep clicking up to "#4". The problem is when
trying to go backwards again, going to "#3" results in
a object not found again. The correct behavior is to
not increment the picture ID when running into an
object not found.

crashes on exit

Cart crashes about 30% of the time on exit when running
against GTK. It appears to be because the menu is being
destroyed because of the logout, but the windows is already
closing, and GTK gets confused.
