#7 Some Jars are marked as ASCII in CVS

Some Jars files are marked as ASCII in CVS so when checkedout onto a Windows box are corrupt.

The jars are 'commons-net-1.4.1.jar' in 'java/lib' and all the jars in 'java/lib/config-tool'

----
I think this can be fixed by using the cvs's admin option: For example, 'cvs admin -kb java/lib/commons-net-1.4.1.jar' will set a files key substitution mode to binary.
