Add default file name for 'Save'

Add default file name for 'Save'

It would be good if the default file name that came up
when you select 'Save' for the first time on a new post
was better than 'Untitled 6'.

How about taking the first 32 letters of the first line
of the post (which is the post title) and replacing any
non-alpha chars and white space with '_' and offering
that. You might also fold multiple '_' into one and
lower case.

For example the text of this description would offer a
default name of

'add_default_file_name_for_save'

Add filter for files displayed in 'Files' pane

In the 'Blog Items' window the two panes show different
files. The 'Posts' pane shows only files ending in
'.txt' while the 'Files' pane shows all files in the
hierarchical tree.

It would be good to have a preference to show only
files ending in '.txt' in the 'Files' pane.

Allow closing of Blog Items window.

For some reason, the Blog Items window cannot be closed. Having it
open all the time is not at all necessary; user can make a new document,
edit and save it, publish everything using the menu command or a key
stroke -- without ever having to consult or otherwise use the Blog Items
window.

Generally speaking, restricting the user's freedom to close any window
she wants is a bad idea, but there is also another reason for wanting to
be able to close this particular window. Having it open may cause the
strange slowness in opening and saving documents that I described
earlier in two bug successive reports.

TableViews need more & sortable columns.

The date column in the 'blog items' view be should be optional.
This could also lead to other columns there, such as size, number
of lines or somesuch. If there were more columns we should be
able to arrange their order as well.

Same for the links window, some folks may want to see only the
url column...
