Second request for support

I have read and followed the syncmail instructions. The
first time I asked for support I said that I had read and
followed the steps, but that it was not working.

I have repeated the steps, but it is still not working.

The first response from support was "you didn't do it
right, follow the directions", very helpful....NOT, a
simple, "you misspelled synchmail" or whatever it was
would have been helpful.

So I have repeated the steps and double checked.

If I repeated the mistake I made the first time kindly tell
me what the mistake was, so I can fix it and not waste
either of our time AGAIN.
