The <br /> first time I asked for support I said that I had read and <br /> followed the steps, but that it was not working.</p> <p>I have repeated the steps, but it is still not working.</p> <p>The first response from support was &amp;quot;you didn't do it <br /> right, follow the directions&amp;quot;, very helpful....NOT, a <br /> simple, &amp;quot;you misspelled synchmail&amp;quot; or whatever it was <br /> would have been helpful.</p> <p>So I have repeated the steps and double checked.</p> <p>If I repeated the mistake I made the first time kindly tell <br /> me what the mistake was, so I can fix it and not waste <br /> either of our time AGAIN.</p> <p>Ollie</p></div>
