🐞 Describe the bug

There is currently a problem drawing NPCs using an outfit on the web client. Not sure exactly what causes it, but it most likely began to occur after the web client was updated to support drawing the new outfit layers (mouth, eyes, mask, & hat), so is most likely related to that.

🌍 Environment

Web client only

Location in game: Any NPC drawn using outfit layers. Examples: Harold, Bobby, & Xhiphin Zohos.
