...I have replaced/added some software that makes Mx 19.3 more useful to me, tweaked the way the system handles user data storage, and have everything working reasonably quick on a usb 2.0 thumb drive. Best of all none of the modifications to user data storage breaks any of the Live-usb functionality. Everything I have tried so far just works. Nobody knows what the future holds for MyOS1, at this point. However it is a great time to be alive, and anything is possible with the right set of people(s). -

This is a fork of the Dactyl, a parameterized, split-hand, concave, columnar, ergonomic keyboard. The main change is that the thumb cluster was adapted from the ManuForm keyboard (geekhack). The walls were changed to just drop to the floor. The 3D printed part is the main keyboard. You can attach a bottom plate with screws. The case has holes for heat-set inserts designed to hold 3- to 6-mm long M3 screws. Then, I used wafer-head screws to connect a bottom plate. -

Pearl Surf was designed to run from a usb thumb drive made the the Ubuntu USB-Creator. We included all you need to start browsing with Chromium and Thunderbird for an email client. Also included for added multimedia functions is Clementine, Banshee and totem. Starting with MyWolfe-028 all further release will have Xfce-4.8 desktop. I will also be using Firefox web browser. Xine media player and Gimp image editor. It is still being built using BarryK Woof build system. More pets to come.

...A chording keyboard or Chorded keyboard is an input device where characters can be typed by pressing multiple keys at the same time. A popular design is the 7-key chorder, where one key is used for each of the index finger, middle finger, ring finger and pinky, and 3 keys for the thumb. This can be used with either the left or right hand (or a chorder can be used for each hand, effectively doubling the typing speed). SpiffChorder hardware is based on Atmel AVR ATmega168, using Objective Development's V-USB (a software-only implementation of a low-speed USB device). -
