Since it uses the latest technology, WinPen is available for Windows Server 2008 and above. Users without the latest update (SRV2008, SRV2012, Vista, 7) will have to download the Installer for .NET 4.6 from Microsoft (link is in ReadMe.txt).

It is fully extensible, and supports caching through render targets. It is meant to be used by real time applications (such as games). The GUI can be created either by C++ code, or by using the integrated "add-on" system, where the GUI is parsed from XML and Lua files.
