A vulnerability scanner for container images and filesystems
...Scan the contents of a container image or filesystem to find known vulnerabilities. Find vulnerabilities for major operating system packages. Find vulnerabilities for language-specific packages. You can also choose another destination directory and release version for the installation. The destination directory doesn't need to be /usr/local/bin, it just needs to be a location found in the user's PATH and writable by the user that's installing Grype. Simple utility / application to verify integrity of any file and text.
With JMD5Sum it is possible to calculate and/or compare two MD5 files and/or texts in just a few clicks. Once you have chosen the file or entered the text, copy the MD5 obtained to the clipboard, choose another file or insert another text, compare the value obtained by pasting the previously copied value from the clipboard (with Ctrl-v) in the appropriate field. JMD5Sum also shows the characters one by one of the MD5 obtained, to facilitate reading. -

Very simple file and text hashing tool for Windows
Tiny script will find hash digest of files or text by calling on Microsoft's "certutil.exe", using MD4, MD5, SHA1, SHA256, SHA384, or SHA512. Simple and self explanatory. *EDIT 5/3/25, I just realized that there is another project entitled "WinHasher", it appears to kind of do the same thing but uses native code rather than Microsoft's "certutil". GUN
Cybersecurity protocol for syncing decentralized graph data
...When a browser peer asks for data, it'll merge the reply with its own data using a CRDT, then cache the result. GUN is fully decentralized (peer-to-peer or multi-master), meaning that changes are not controlled by a centralized server. A server can be just another peer in the network, one that may have more reliable resources than a browser. You save data on one machine, and it will sync it to other peers without needing a complex consensus protocol. It just works. GUN can be used in both browsers and servers. ...It's recommended to use Java 8. The directory is not controlled recursively, thus if files are added or deleted in other folders it is not showed. Only things in the folder choosen. Just start a new pararell session to control another folder. Start it with "java -jar file.jar" or with the .bat file as example. You may also start it in the background with "start javaw -jar DirecHashC.jar" . -

QNmap is just another X nmap frontend. The main difference, as far as I know, is that it can be run as a non-root user with some functionality It will eventually incorporate all of nmap's documented features and will be updated to reflect newer versions.
