izidns is a web-mysql-based front-end (based on PowerAdmin) for the bind (http://www.isc.org/sw/bind/) DNS server. Not like the commercial interface 'eazyDNS', izidns fully supports PTR record usage (rDNS) and is released under the GPL :-)
