    Quantum++

    Quantum++

    Modern C++ quantum computing library

    ...Quantum++ is written in standard C++17 and has very low external dependencies, using only the Eigen 3 linear algebra header-only template library and, if available, the OpenMP multiprocessing library. Quantum++ is not restricted to qubit systems or specific quantum information processing tasks, being capable of simulating arbitrary quantum processes. The main design factors taken in consideration were ease of use, high portability, and high performance. The library's simulation capabilities are only restricted by the amount of available physical memory. ...

    C-BerryTrans

    Calculation of Berry-curvature-driven AHC or ANC using WIEN2k

    ...The code directly extracts eigenvalues and momentum matrix elements from the WIEN2k package and evaluates the Berry curvature using a Kubo-like formalism, thereby avoiding interpolation errors associated with Wannier-based methods. To ensure efficiency, the code parallelizes Berry curvature evaluation over k-points using OpenMP and stores band-resolved data in binary format, enabling rapid post-processing of AHC and ANC across a wide range of chemical potentials and temperatures in a single run. Please cite the paper mentioned below while using the C-BerryTrans code for your research: V. Pandey and S.K. Pandey, https://arxiv.org/abs/2509.24071.

    CAMPARI

    CAMPARI

    Software for molecular simulations and trajectory analysis

    We are proud to introduce version 5 of CAMPARI. We have added a number of new features, most notably a Python interface for interpreting user-supplied code (with the help of ForPy), a novel trajectory storage standard (with the help of libpqxx/PostgreSQL), and a module for performing transition path theory. Naturally, CAMPARI continues to provide the reference implementation of the ABSINTH force field paradigm and implicit solvation model. CAMPARI is a joint package for performing and...

    Implicit

    Implicit

    Fast Python collaborative filtering for implicit feedback datasets

    This project provides fast Python implementations of several different popular recommendation algorithms for implicit feedback datasets. All models have multi-threaded training routines, using Cython and OpenMP to fit the models in parallel among all available CPU cores. In addition, the ALS and BPR models both have custom CUDA kernels - enabling fitting on compatible GPU’s. This library also supports using approximate nearest neighbour libraries such as Annoy, NMSLIB and Faiss for speeding up making recommendations.

    Thrust

    Thrust

    The C++ parallel algorithms library

    ...Thrust's high-level interface greatly enhances programmer productivity while enabling performance portability between GPUs and multicore CPUs. It builds on top of established parallel programming frameworks (such as CUDA, TBB, and OpenMP). It also provides a number of general-purpose facilities similar to those found in the C++ Standard Library. The NVIDIA C++ Standard Library is an open-source project; it is available on GitHub and included in the NVIDIA HPC SDK and CUDA Toolkit. If you have one of those SDKs installed, no additional installation or compiler flags are needed to use libcu++. ...
