Mod of the evolution simulation and artificial life program Biogenesis
This project is a modification of the original evolution simulation & artificial life project by Joan Queralt Molina: https://sourceforge.net/projects/biogenesis/
In both, the original project and this modification, 2-dimensional
organisms consisting of line segments interact with each other,
reproduce and evolve in time.
Compared to the original project, this modification explores the
following features:
* alternative mutation mechanisms
* an alternative stress-based aging...

Lubuntu Blends: Biochemistry 13.04 (Raring) v5.44
Linux Kernel Image 3.8.0-29
Lubuntu Blends are pre-installed Wubi disk image remixes of Ubuntu and Debian Science meta packages, A custom boot loader allows installations to be copied and automatically booted from most external or USB flash drives.
Once up and running, use earlier Lubuntu Remix README instructions here until documentation is updated....
Kandid generates images using genetic algorithms. In a simulated evolution surprising images can be found calculated with Lisp expressions, Textures, Iterated Function Systems, Linear Cellular Automata, Voroni diagrams, Lindenmayer Systems and POVray
Set of Java packages to apply Genetic Algorithms to any kind of problem. Various genetic operators are implemented and an example shows of how the system could be applied to digital circuit evolution.
Generate interest, access liquidity without selling, and execute trades seamlessly. All in one platform.
Geographic restrictions, eligibility, and terms apply.
Solving the travelling salesman problem with genetic (evolutionary) algorithms. The distance calculations are based on geographical coordinates. The progress of the algorithm is visualized with a geo-map and some statistics.
An Evolution Simulator of Single Cells in a Pond. This shows a crosssection of
water with sun shining from above. A single cell is dropped in and has various genes. The cells multipy and evolve. See Files above for download and screenshot.
Bloof is an infrastructure for analytical processing of version control data. The main distribution provides a GUI for visualizing the evolution of a software project. External tools can access Bloof via Java API and a XML result mechanism.
