The General Mission Analysis Tool (GMAT) is an open-source tool for space mission design and navigation. GMAT is developed by a team of NASA, private industry, and public and private contributors. The Simple Medical Imaging Library Interface (SMILI), pronounced 'smilie', is an open-source, light-weight and easy-to-use medical imaging viewer and library for all major operating systems. The main sMILX application features for viewing n-D images, vector images, DICOMs, anonymizing, shape analysis and models/surfaces with easy drag and drop functions. It also features a number of standard processing algorithms for smoothing, thresholding, masking etc. images and models, both with graphical user interfaces and/or via the command-line. The applications are all built out of a uniform user-interface framework that provides a very high level (Qt) interface to powerful image processing and scientific visualisation algorithms from the Insight Toolkit (ITK) and Visualisation Toolkit (VTK). NaroCAD is a fully fledged and extensible 3D parametric modeling CAD application. It is based on OpenCascade.

ParTools allows the interactive analysis of a C program execution profile and data dependencies to facilitate the discovery and selection of suitable parallelization candidates in a manual parallelization process. The flow does not assume any specific parallelization technique, thus it can be broadly applied. The original (serial) C source is automatically annotated to trace the execution profile and data dependencies at run-time. The annotated program is then executed using a significant (but small) data set selected by the developer. The data collected is cross-referenced with the original source and can be interactively analyzed graphically to determine the best parallelization candidates and techniques.

A very lightweight advanced terrain-rendering and 3D map rendering system. Minimal dependencies: OpenGL, SDL. It's distrib in 2-3 separate modules: 1. the C++ implementation of the terrain- and/or surface- rendering Algorithms I have developed: both a multithread and a non-multithread variant is relaeased. 2. Seme as at point 1. , but with a road-network rendering and collision-detection module I wrote before. It also adds some trees at the top of the terrain. (multitread vesion not released yet) 3. Seme as point 2.. Multithread terrain-rendering, roads on it, and vehicles to go around. The most important part is terrain-rendering. The Algorithm at the heart of it features my first and second theorem abut polygonal surface approximation. It took something like 2 years to develop it. It's technically a view-dependent, continuous dynamic level-of-detail rendering algorithm. Main features are simplicity and documentation. Does easily a 4k x 4k terrain, but also much more.
