If you're running an older version, please upgrade to Node 10 LTS or newer. Add the configuration needed to make Haul work with your app, e.g. add haul.config.js to your project, which you can customize to add more functionality. Haul uses a completely different architecture from React Native packager, which means there are some things that don't work quite the same. -

Hetzner Cloud is an awesome cloud provider which offers a truly great service with the best performance/cost ratio in the market. With Hetzner's Cloud Controller Manager and CSI driver you can provision load balancers and persistent volumes very easily. k3s is my favorite Kubernetes distribution now because it uses much less memory and CPU, leaving more resources to workloads. It is also super quick to deploy because it's a single binary. Using this tool, creating a highly available k3s cluster with 3 masters for the control plane and 3 worker nodes takes a few minutes only. The tool assigns the label cluster to each server it creates for static node pools (this doesn't apply to autoscaled node pools), with the cluster name you specify in the config file, as the value. -

A library facilitating complex TUIs on modern terminal emulators, supporting vivid colors, multimedia, threads, and Unicode to the maximum degree possible. Things can be done with Notcurses that simply can't be done with NCURSES. It is furthermore fast as shit. What it is not: a source-compatible X/Open Curses implementation, nor a replacement for NCURSES on existing systems. Notcurses abandons the X/Open Curses API bundled as part of the Single UNIX Specification. For some necessary background, consult Thomas E. Dickey's superb and authoritative NCURSES FAQ. As such, Notcurses is not a drop-in Curses replacement. Wherever possible, Notcurses makes use of the Terminfo library shipped with NCURSES, benefiting greatly from its portability and thoroughness. Notcurses opens up advanced functionality for the interactive user on workstations, phones, laptops, and tablets, possibly at the expense of e.g. some industrial and retail terminals. -

If you have not already installed cryptography, you might need to install additional prerequisites as detailed in the cryptography installation guide for your operating system. Installation using a python virtual environment is recommended to avoid conflicts between system packages and user-installed packages. For the most part, the behavior of aws-encryption-cli in handling files is based on that of GNU CLIs such as cp. A qualifier to this is that when encrypting a file, if a directory is provided as the destination, rather than creating the source filename in the destination directory, a suffix is appended to the destination filename. By default the suffix is .encrypted when encrypting and .decrypted when decrypting, but a custom suffix can be provided by the caller if desired. -

For programs that perform a lot of disk I/O, the benchmarking results can be heavily influenced by disk caches and whether they are cold or warm. If you want to run the benchmark on a warm cache, you can use the -w/--warmup option. -

Command line peer-to-peer data transfer tool based on libp2p. There already exists a long list of file transfer tools, so why bother building another one? The problem I had with the existing tools is that they rely on a limited set of servers to orchestrate peer matching and data relaying which poses a centralization concern. Many of the usual centralization vs. decentralization arguments apply here, e.g. the servers are single points of failure, the service operator has the power over whom to serve and whom not, etc. Further, as this recent issue in croc shows, this is a real risk for the sustainable operation of the provided service.
