If you have used web frameworks like Express, then you will be familiar with the concepts adopted in Middy and you will be able to get started very quickly. This project ensures that the Kubernetes control plane responds appropriately to events that can cause your EC2 instance to become unavailable, such as EC2 maintenance events, EC2 Spot interruptions, ASG Scale-In, ASG AZ Rebalance, and EC2 Instance Termination via the API or Console. If not handled, your application code may not stop gracefully, take longer to recover full availability, or accidentally schedule work to nodes that are going down. Secure and resizable compute capacity for virtually any workload. Terraform module which creates VPC resources on AWS. By default this module will provision new Elastic IPs for the VPC's NAT Gateways. This means that when creating a new VPC, new IPs are allocated, and when that VPC is destroyed those IPs are released. Sometimes it is handy to keep the same IPs even after the VPC is destroyed and re-created. To that end, it is possible to assign existing IPs to the NAT Gateways. This prevents the destruction of the VPC from releasing those IPs, while making it possible that a re-created VPC uses the same IPs. By default, if NAT Gateways are enabled, private subnets will be configured with routes for Internet traffic that point at the NAT Gateways configured by use of the above options. Since AWS Lambda functions allocate Elastic Network Interfaces in proportion to the traffic received, it can be useful to allocate a large private subnet for such allocations, while keeping the traffic they generate entirely internal to the VPC. -

Firebase provides the tools and infrastructure you need to develop your app, grow your user base, and earn money. The Firebase Admin PHP SDK enables access to Firebase services from privileged environments (such as servers or cloud) in PHP. If you are interested in using the PHP Admin SDK as a client for end-user access (for example, in a web application), as opposed to admin access from a privileged environment (like a server), you should instead follow the instructions for setting up the client JavaScript SDK. The recommended way to install the Firebase Admin SDK is with Composer. Composer is a dependency management tool for PHP that allows you to declare the dependencies your project needs and installs them into your project. Create a new project in the Firebase console, if you don’t already have one. -

The Amazon Elastic Container Service RPM is software developed to support the Amazon ECS Container Agent. The Amazon ECS RPM is packaged for RPM-based systems that utilize Upstart as the init system. The upstart script installed by the Amazon ECS RPM runs at the completion of runlevel 3, 4, or 5 as the system starts. The script will clean up any previous copies of the Amazon ECS Container Agent, and then start a new copy. Logs from the RPM are available at /var/log/ecs/ecs-init.log, while logs from the Amazon ECS Container Agent are available at /var/log/ecs/ecs-agent.log. The Amazon ECS RPM makes the Amazon ECS Container Agent introspection endpoint available at http://127.0.0.1:51678/v1. Configuration for the Amazon ECS Container Agent is read from /etc/ecs/ecs.config. All of the configurations in this file are used as environment variables of the ECS Agent container. Additionally, some configurations can be used to configure other properties of the ECS Agent container. -

ExternalDNS synchronizes exposed Kubernetes Services and Ingresses with DNS providers. Inspired by Kubernetes DNS, Kubernetes' cluster-internal DNS server, ExternalDNS makes Kubernetes resources discoverable via public DNS servers. Like KubeDNS, it retrieves a list of resources (Services, Ingresses, etc.) from the Kubernetes API to determine the desired list of DNS records. Unlike KubeDNS, however, it's not a DNS server itself, but merely configures other DNS providers accordingly, e.g. AWS Route 53 or Google Cloud DNS. In a broader sense, ExternalDNS allows you to control DNS records dynamically via Kubernetes resources in a DNS provider-agnostic way. ExternalDNS' allows you to keep selected zones (via domain-filter) synchronized with Ingresses and Services of type=LoadBalancer in various cloud providers. ExternalDNS can become aware of the records it is managing therefore ExternalDNS can safely manage non-empty hosted zones. -

GLBC is a GCE L7 load balancer controller that manages external loadbalancers configured through the Kubernetes Ingress API. Ingress exposes HTTP and HTTPS routes from outside the cluster to services within the cluster. Traffic routing is controlled by rules defined on the Ingress resource. An Ingress may be configured to give Services externally-reachable URLs, load balance traffic, terminate SSL / TLS, and offer name-based virtual hosting. An Ingress controller is responsible for fulfilling the Ingress, usually with a load balancer, though it may also configure your edge router or additional frontends to help handle the traffic. An Ingress needs apiVersion, kind, metadata and spec fields. The name of an Ingress object must be a valid DNS subdomain name.
