    I used these three scripts to bulk-rename .wav files produced by an Olympus VN-960PC digital voice recorder (DVR). These scripts read the filenames imported into Digital Wave Player software in Windows, and rename those files to indicate date and time of file creation. Example: DW_A4423.wav becomes 2025-12-15 14.42 01 Dictation.wav.
